This first collection from CLUB SEVEN STUDIOS features items that are made-to-order, meaning, it can take around 2-3 weeks to manufacture items. Each hoodie in this collection is unique, and hand manufactured to perfection. Please contact us if you may be experiencing longer wait times. 

Processing typically takes 1-2 weeks to prepare for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on where you may be located. 

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Please note the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. [This includes those who select express shipping!] 

We are NOT responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control. Some orders may experience delays due to holidays, the pandemic, and other things that are out of out control. 

You will receive tracking once the order ships and your shipping label is printed. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if applicaple.
